Professional experience

She has been a part of the firm since 2015, offering comprehensive judicial and extrajudicial legal support within the realm of corporate criminal law and criminal procedural law.

Throughout her professional journey, she has accumulated significant expertise by providing legal counsel and assistance to both individuals and legal entities in matters concerning criminal law, criminal proceedings, and the criminal liability of entities as outlined by Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.

Her primary focus lies in corporate criminal law, property crimes, criminal bankruptcy law, criminal tax law, offenses against Public Administration, workplace health and safety violations, environmental offenses, financial offenses, IT security breaches, and medical liability.

She has actively contributed to seminars, providing insights into the realm of criminal liability of legal entities. Furthermore, she has engaged in collaborations with the University of Milan, serving as a lecturer at the chair of commercial criminal law.

As a member of the Milan Criminal Chamber, she continues to contribute her expertise to the field. Her contributions extend to authoring articles for specialized magazines, further establishing her presence in the legal discourse.
