Over the past 20 years, our Firm has participated in some of the most significant trials before the Judicial Authority of Milan and other Italian and foreign Judicial Authorities. We have also rendered our professional services before the Court of Justice in Luxembourg and the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.
The Giarda Law Firm was among the pioneers in addressing the practical applications of Legislative Decree No. 231 of 2001, which regulates the administrative liability of entities and its criminal and procedural implications. We have received numerous judicial and extrajudicial assignments in the area of criminal liability of entities. This includes both assisting and defending companies in criminal proceedings, as well as implementing Organisational, Management, and Control Models.

FOUNDER
ANGELO GIARDA
Born in Cassolnovo (PV) on June 1, 1940, Angelo Giarda graduated from Benedetto Cairoli High School in Vigevano in June 1959. As an internal student at the Ghislieri College in Pavia, he enrolled in the Faculty of Law at the University of Pavia from November 1959 until October 31, 1963. On this day, he earned his Law degree with a grade of 110/110 cum laude.
